    ブーム固定用ノブ（ネジ）が欠品です。

構造に問題はないのですが，ブーム伸縮固定用に二箇所あるノブが一つしか付属していません。直後に使用する必要があり，返品交換をお願いすることもできません。ノブを補充送付してもらえれば問題は解決するのですが，そのような要望を伝えるシステムにはなっていないようです。

☆0 です。商品が届いたときに、商品が箱からむき出しになっていた。梱包も商品そのものの箱のまま送られており、その箱もいたるところが破損していた。総合的に判断して、開封せずにそのまま返品した。
