## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this come with the nylon straps for kickbacks and glute bridge and the 2 extra handles for the arm exercises?**
A: It comes with the straps for glute bridges and kickbacks, but it does not come with extra handles. You have to buy the new coba plus for that.

**Q: ive seen outer thigh exercises but nothing for the inner thigh?**
A: There is one exercise at least that can be done on this for inner (they do demo it somewhere in the app) but as this is already a hard area to engage, I did not find it very effective

**Q: Is under-board band 20 pound each or all 3 bands are 20 pounds in sum? thank you!**
A: Their are three seperate 20lb bands that equal 60lbs.

**Q: How do i add resistance or more weight to the exercise performed?**
A: I use the ankle weights on both feet to add more resistance when lifting each leg backwards
