It is like a mini-room for my 60 pd. puppy. The lock is secure yet simple to operate. Well ventilated with windows on all sides and tall enough for my dog to stand comfortably. I would not hesitate to recommend it. (Have not used it for airline travel-only as a home kennel) Update: My dog is now 88 pounds (german shepherd/border collie) and extremely muscular. He has not defeated the latch system. Plenty of room for him to stand and move within the crate. Fourteen months old and Kennel looks and functions just as it did on day one. Montage facile, semble solide, correspond à mes attentes ### ⭐⭐⭐ Plastic is very flimsy *by E***T on 24 June 2022* I purchased this product on Amazon.de to have a kennel available in Germany to fly our dog Rexy home to the US. Upon unpacking I already noticed that the plastic seemed very "soft" and flimsy. However, I was in a bind and decided to keep the kennel. Sure enough after the flight from FRA-MSP when I took Rexy out there was a hairline crack in the middle of the bottom and soon thereafter the corner broke off on its left side, see pictures.
