The absolute maximum could be 2,000 lumen but I doubt it'd be more than 1,200. Please encourage Amazon to remove this advertising. Amazon is better than that. **Q: Why does it reported 90k lumens when it is only 500 lumens?** A: I'm not sure, but I had the same experience and returned it. I would have kept it if it was half of what it was advertised as, but it wasn't even close. **Q: Why does it say battery powered if it's rechargeable? I don't need a rechargeable flashlight that I'd need when there's no electricity!** A: The battery is sealed inside the flashlight, so you can't remove/replace it with a new one. So it goes to reason that it has to be rechargeable. My suggestions is to keep it charged so when the power goes out, the flashlight will have a full charge and last longer. It is described as 90,000 lumen, but it doesn't even come close. Spend the extra cash and get a Fenix TK 16. It's plenty bright. You can remove/replace the battery. And keep two or three batteries charged at all time. **Q: What size battery? 21700, 20700, or 18650? Or is it something proprietary?** A: Hello friend, this LED Fashlight comes with 26650 battery, which capacity is 3200mah. Thank you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bright Enough, But Not 9000 Lumens!!! *by J***S on 5 May 2022* I don't know what criteria these people use to rate their brightness of their flashlights... but they are not as bright as they say they are. This is not a 9000 lumen flashlight... it's more like 300 lumens if that is even accurate. The battery life is terrible on all flashlights using AAA batteries... put them on full brightness and they don't last longer than 20 minutes. Get AA battery size lights... at least they last longer. I have owned more than 20 of these LED "tac" flashlights, and while they are good useful flashlights, like every LED model, they have their drawbacks. For one thing the lenses on the flashlight make the light so bright that close up objects get glare, and you can't see details. Also, it seems that every LED flashlight I get has the same problem... the lens disperses the light into a more ghostly "glow" rather than a bright area. Second, the batteries at full brightness don't last long, and diminish to a weaker strength.
