I also take this for muscle building and muscle recovery after my workouts. I’ve been working out hard for six weeks and I’ve seen more growth than I would have without the supplement (I know because I used to workout al the time.) I also recovery very well. I am hardly sore and yet seeing muscle growth - a rare combo. Also, my energy has been great. It could be the workouts, or a combo of the workout and supplements, but I rarely have to take a nap in the middle of the day anymore.
