Double sided tape doesn't aeem to hold for long.** A: Thank you for your interest in our mounts. This mount is also VESA compatible with 75mm and 100 mm hole patterns. If your TV is already wall mounted you are going to want to purchase our HIDEit VESA Adapter which hooks to the same screw that holds the Mount to your TV. Keep in mind it is designed to hold the shield upright such as the picture shown in the product description. Some would be inclined to mount it with the ports facing downward, this would not work as the tabs don't secure it there. I have mine mounted "properly" and love it. My only negative opinion is that it didn't come with an additional mounting option, such as double sided adhesive tape for mounting on tile etc (as many newer homes may very well have at the focal point of a living room). I simply purchased some gorilla brand mounting tape and that shield is not going anywhere without taking tile with it!
