Die kam und nach 2 Monaten wenig im Einsatz (Corona und oft Regen) waren auch schon die Befestigungsbänder abgerissen sowie ein kleines Loch beim Einstieg in der Plane. Nach einem Telefonat mit einem Amazon Mitarbeiter wollte ich mich lieber direkt an Ultrasport wenden. Es kann ja schliesslich nicht sein, dass nach so kurzer Zeit ein für ein Trampolin wichtiges Sicherheitsteil kaputt ist. Fazit: nach einem wirklich sehr netten Telefonat mit einer Ultrasportmitarbeiterin habe ich die Rechnung von Amazon und Fotos von der Abdeckung per Mail hingeschickt. Nach einer Woche habe ich eine neue Abdeckung bekommen. Es sind schliesslich 2 Jahre Herstellergarantie sagte mir die nette Dame am Telefon. Super Service von Ultrasport vielen Dank.
