My car is a manual so I don't have to take my airbag out for the M1 and M2 buttons, as for the start button they should add a tacky compound to remove the old button as I had mine in blue before and it came with it and I reused the stuff. If you don't have that tacky stuff you have to remove the entire button part from the dash to release the button and what a pain.
