**Q: Should the house be treated with a sealer before being placed outside?**

The house has been painted with a UV protective coating.

The more "protection" you offer, the longer it will last.

If possible, put it in a shady spot where it is shielded from the elements.

To answer your question, it is not required to treat it with a sealer, but it may help protect the paint last longer in the sun.
