I did read another review of this happening to someone else but did not realise it was the normal way of sending them to customers. Beautiful biscuits that have been ruined by someone who seems not to care about how things are sent out, and it did not look like end of box had just come open to me it looked as though they were open before putting in bag to send out to me.
