Does the packaging protect the guitar well so that the guitar does not receive damage?** A: In 2023, mine came in a thin cardboard box, and the guitar was covered in thin plastic foam. The box itself wasn't taped shut, so anyone could've just easily lifted the lid and taken the guitar. It was miraculous that it didn't fall out and break during shipment from TX to FL via UPS. I know it's a cheap beginner's guitar, but the packaging is inexcusable. Looks like this has been going on for many years, too. **Q: what size is it?** A: Don't knock an acoustic guitar just because it may be smaller on size. I have a decent little Hohner that is 36" tip to tip, and the body is about 17.5". I have got to really like how handy it is. I'm about 5'9". **Q: does it come with a case?** A: These guitars do not come with a case. I sell gig bags for mine at only $39.99. Newnan Music Center under other sellers. I picked up Earnie Ball 2148 Light Earthwood Phosphor Bronze (11-52), based on a reviewer recommending those over D'Addario. For the money I have spent $500 and had a guitar less playable and I have spent $1200 on a Taylor that didn't sound this good. A quick look back: In the past you needed to buy a decent guitar if you wanted to learn. If you had hand strength you could make a not so good guitar work, but up until 10 years ago you would have spent 5 times this for a guitar this good. PROS: Sounds amazing **seriously, I don't work for them or give a damn whose guitar you buy, but it is that good. Plays good, not amazing but very good, and for just chords it plays fine. The frets are very straight. CONS: Ok so mine had a fret buzz on the 1st fret, not something you see often, long story short I had to spend 15 bucks and get a new bone nut because this one was too low, but the truss rod adjusted the action perfectly so I know once I get a bit of raise at the nut there will be no buzz at all (right now VERY slight buzz on D string if left open, past 1st fret its fine) Why you reading? You want a great sounding acoustic for less money than a crappy video game? Buy this thing!!
