You also lose a small % of vision in the extremes (corner of the eye), ie. you will see the ball that millisecond later as it enters your field of vision.I don't have any problems with the lenses steaming up.I still question the need for these for an intermediate player. As a novice I remember hitting and being hit with the ball a few times, but in the last 4 years I don't remember any near misses and the pros I believe don't wear these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product but does steam up after a while *by A***F on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 October 2018* These are great goggles and offer very good visibility all round. I was expecting my peripheral vision to be greatly impaired by these but my fears were unfounded.They fit my head fine although I do have to have the elastic on full slack which I was surprised at as I didn't think my head was that large! I'd say that if anyone has a larger than normal head size that they may not find these ideal.I've marked down a star because they do steam up after a while and do require removing to clear them.
