There is one indoor unit, with the display and another outdoor unit for you to hang in a balcony or garden, where it is protected from direct sunlight or rain, but otherwise exposed to outside weather. Battery cells are supplied.Syncing the outside unit took a couple of minutes and some placing together, as explained in the pamphlet. After that it’s been working well. I compared the temperature with another Casio unit and the readings are fairly close.Surprisingly, the unit shows lower humidity outside and higher inside. It drops a bit when you turn the AC on, but still stays some 10% ahead. Can’t figure out the reason for that.Otherwise the unit seems to reasonably accurate, easy to use and well-made.Excellent value for money, if you consider other branded units which cost 10 times as much but last only 2-4 years, according to the reviewers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but overpriced product *by P***H on 1 January 2023* Highly overpriced product, i bought because of amazing reviews on Amazon but even the cheaper 250-300₹ hygrometer works with almost same accuracy. ( Same temperature and ±3% humidity range) while i don't know which one is correct because amici itself claim ±5% error range in humidity rangeOnly unique thing is that it can measure outside temperature because of the outdoor unit. ( Yet to be tested how long can it last in open)Cheaper hygrometer also offers clock ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty Accurate! *by A***N on 1 July 2021* Got this over a month ago and has been working great so far. Does what it says on the tin - it measures your room temperature and humidity and the outside temperature and humidify. As far as accuracy is concerned I think it's pretty accurate. I checked with Google weather app for the outdoor sensor and it's almost always the same or a little over or below according to the surrounding conditions. Even the humidity read out is accurate. For indoor testing I noticed that my air conditioner slows down/turns off after it has reached the set temp(or goes below it) and when it does, the reading on the metre matches up the AC's set temperature which means the indoor sensor is accurate too.No build quality issues on either unit like some have pointed. Pretty solid chunky body with magnets on the indoor unit. I wish the backlight would stay on for as long as I am operating it after I press the backlight-on button. It can be synced with three outdoor sensors (handy if you got multiple rooms to monitor) and you can buy sensors separately. Battery life looks to be good, been 40 days and the battery levels are still the same. I have put my outdoor unit under a shade outside my house and it is rainproof but not waterproof. Be sure to register your product on Amicikart's site for warranty. They also made a follow up call and asked if the product is working fine.Improvement suggestions - Improvements can be made with a better design like an added clock and modern looking icons and graphics. Should have the words Outdoor and Indoor written for clear and quick distinction.
