You should also use a hydrating toner (hada labo in the white bottle, or the premium orange bottle work great), and a moisturizer to see best results. The product comes with a plastic cover over the whole bottle (or at least the top half), that I can remember. **Q: It says this is an exfoliating cleanser. As Hyaluronic acid is a humectant, what is the ingredient in it that’s the exfoliating agent?** A: That’s so interesting. Maybe that’s why my skin isn’t loving it. I just went on the incidecoder website and it listed citric acid as an ingredient which is in AHA.
