Also, the flavor is pretty good on this one, as well. I’m trying to lose weight, so I’m going with a liquid diet, when I can, to support that goal, and this drink mix has really filling serving sizes, so I’m pleased with that. Are the peas organic? Are these peas from China?** A: The container says, "100% pure, non-gmo pea protein isolate from yellow peas." The word organic is not used, and it does not say where the peas are from. **Q: Why does your add say, "Whey protein has the highest protein." I don't want whey, I want pea protein.** A: My label doesn't mention whey.It says " 100 % non-GMO pea protein isolate from yellow peas. We make drinks with fruits and vegetables adding this protein. Hope this helps. **Q: Product is made in China?** A: The tub says: Product of China. Packaged in the USA. **Q: is this product gluten free? my wife is celiac and even the possibility of cross contamination is a major proble.** A: It clearly states on the bottle that it doesn't contain gluten or the other allergens, but it is manufactured in a facility that processes items that do contains those allergens. I have used Pea protein powders before with no gut issues. BUT this powder (vanilla toffee) has an awful bitter taste & over powering taste! It also upset my gut. Just to say I’m disappointed and don’t have a way to use this product.
