Review: Happy with the set but 2 runny tubes - Received 18 colors. Few tubes have air bubbles in them. each one is filled differently, some are upto the brim and some are not. Red and white tubes are liquidy ..totally runny. rest of them has good consistency. I use folkart to paint wood and it last for long time.

A: None are metallic just a very good selection of colors.

A: Your question, as written, does not make sense in English.
Therefore, I am going to assume that you may mean:  are these paints suitable for use by children?  Not for any child who may put it in their mouth, on their skin or on pets, your furniture and walls.
Not for children who cannot control output of paint to 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for each use.  
This is liquid acrylic paint which means a child does NOT need to dilute it.
Paint brushes should be rinsed in cold water and washed with painting soap.  Then rinse again quite thoroughly.   Reshape brush bristles and let dry.

**Q: Can you use its paint for mandala dot paainting?**
A: Yes the FolkArt paints can be used for dot painting.
