I only use it in the blend at <1% because myrrh will overpower the fragrance of the blend at higher doses. When I want more myrrh, I can always add an extra drop to my palm. I can recommend it. Note that myrrh likes to gum up in the cap over time, so try to keep it clean each time you close the cap for storage.
