It’s all you need and is really wonderful. But, you should get both Lancaster and Birmingham as they are different enough and fit different player counts better. If you can only get one get Birmingham. **Q: Is this game good with two players?** A: i just play solo. boardgamegeek has lots of reviews and variants, etc--the original game (just titled "brass") was designed for 3-4 players but the new version ("brass lancashire" with "brass birmingham" soon to appear) shows 2-4 players. BGG can help with 2-player ideas, but i suspect 3-4 is best. **Q: Does this have the deluxe clay money like Kickstarter did?** A: It does not. The deluxe iron clays can still be purchased separately though.
