The interior lining is very stylish and appears that it will hold up very well.CLASSIC STYLEThis satchel is the two color with contrasting- gives it a stylish and unique look. The satchel is about 4"deep, so it is not designed to hold a lot of files, books or a large laptop. It is very stylish and will hold a nice amount of personal possessions. This would make a great satchel/briefcase for a young women or even a young professional. It is well constructed and should wear very well.THE PERFECT SIZE:There is a zippered pocket on the outside rear of the bag that would hold a smart phone or a wallet. This compartment could be used to store items that you did not want to have to open the main compartment to get to. The main compartment is zippered closed. Once open you will find two open pockets on one side and one zippered pocket on the opposite side.COMFORTABLE CARRYThe carrying handle is well padded - making it easy to carry as a briefcase.
