But can a woman whose given birth still use this?** A: I think it will depend upon the shape and size of your specific vaginal canal. I am not a teenager but have not given birth. I used super tampons comfortably before switching to this cup and this cup is a perfect size for me. I’m 5’ and 115lbs if that matters. **Q: How does this compare to lilycup compact a? i found that cup comfortable but really difficult to remove.** A: They are similar in terms of shape and size. The LILY CUP one, however, is more sturdy and not as soft ad the LILY CUP compact. The LILY CUP one is easier to adjust to for beginners because the frame is more sturdy and the loop at the stem makes removal a bit easier! **Q: Is this returnable if it doesn't fit?** A: Yes **Q: Are there any folds that work well for inserting this cup? Mine keeps collapsing when I put it in causing it to leak.** A: I recommend watching some Youtube tutorials on how to insert a cup. There are quite a few of them out there and very useful.
