Have used it for 5 years to lengthen the time between salon visits for color. One can in my bathroom and one in my purse at all times. The manager of the salon where my hair is cut asked for the name of the product! It does require a shampoo before salon coloring.

I Have very thin hair and have a balayage from dark brown to platinum blonde. I have naturally light blonde hair and when my roots start to grow out it makes my hair look even thinner because I have my roots colored so dark. I use this to spay on my roots and scalp to make my hair look thicker. It works amazing!! The pic I attached you can see how thick my hair looks on top. I did not use it on the sides near my glasses so you could get a better look of how well it covers. I’ll be buying more of this product!

My primary reason for using this product is to conceal my thinning fine hair.I am a professional Hairstylist and have tried numerous Hair Powder products over the years. The salon that I work for is a Bumble and Bumble Salon. I have access to the industry's top rated Hair Powder at the wholesale price. I prefer Style Edit Root Concealer.The primary reason that I love Style Edit is that my hair still looks shiny. Nothing makes me more crazy than a matte finish hair powder. It looks gross, feels gross.Style Edit has "tooth" or hold, but not too much. My hair still moves if the wind blows.Style Edit Medium/Light Brown blends with my hair color . My experience with other hair powders is that they are very opaque and will completely mask the existing color. Too much opacity gives the hair a "Wiggy" look.Style Edit has a spray nozzle with one of those "short straw" thingies. The product spray can be directed right at the root instead of all over the bathroom! ( another pet peeve )I can go an extra day without washing my hair. ( I have thin fine hair, usually not an option to skip a day)My hair looks "thicker".Lastly, this product does not end up on my clothes or pillowcases.Highly recommend.

I have brunette hair. This product matches my color to conceal my roots between coloring. It adheres well, doesn't smear, is precise and not messy to apply. I use it frequently (my hair grows rapidly) and continue to order it. I've ordered other concealers that did not have these benefits.

I LOVED the original iteration of the Style Edit spray in the smaller white can with the black top. It was a life saver. This new version in the larger gold "spray paint" can with the pink lid is horrible. First, you must shake it like you are getting ready to refinish your old deck chairs, which is not the most subtle sound in the world. Second, you are required to shake it like crazy for ONE little shot of color, and then the nozzle just blasts empty air on your roots. You must shake it 10 times in between each tiny dose of color. Perhaps I received a faulty can, but it isn't jammed or clogged. This has been since the very first use of the product. It is incredibly frustrating to use now, and I think they have lost a customer who has been using this for a number of years. It is basically useless in its current form.

I used it on my parted hair and on corners. It was easy to apply and the colors stays on until the hair is washed.

I have used many root cover products and this one is the best by far. I apply to a make up sponge first them dab on the root by sections. I find spraying directly on the hair is too messy and hard to control. This product is twice the price at my salon.

This is the best stuff ever! Totally extends my trip to the stylist and I use it to cover my regular hair color that's lighter than my dyed color. I don't have gray hair and this works like a charm. Washes out easily. Isn't sticky and looks totally natural. IN LOVE!!!!!

This product is amazing. I have my hair professionally coloured every 6 weeks (used to be every 4 weeks, however, had 'banding' due to the frequency of colouring). This product allows me to extend my hair appointments without feeling self conscious about my dreaded grey roots. My natural colour is red and my hair is dyed as close to my natural colour as possible and the conceal spray is a perfect match and so simple to use. I will definitely be stocking up on this fantastic product.

Excellent product. Does cover grey brilliantly but took a star off for the small size you get. Barely lasts and have since switched to keratherapy which is now my go to product

This grey concealer is the absolute best on the market! I have used many others and this product does the two most important things perfectly:1) conceals grey discreetly2) does not transfer (for example to your sheets, to your hat, to your pillow...)Love it and love the customer service from Larkin Supply - outstanding!

The color dark blonde has nothing in common with the dark blonde I am used to from other companies. It is much lighter and very yellow-gold. Doesn't work at all unless that is your hair colour. It is a shame that I can't return it. Expansive waste. Won't order from that company again! The second photos shows theirs compared to a different brands dark blonde on the left.
