Shipping?** A: I have prime and it seems to be the same as in store with my prime. If you have prime just filter answers to prime shipping only **Q: I have a water based primered wood ,can stain over it?** A: the main thing is the grain. this gel stain inhances grain when staining un painted... if your primered wood has grain it should enhance... great stuff. I stained a 2 inch space board over wood floors and matched it perfectly **Q: Do you need to sand before applying gel stain?** A: Depends on what you are staining, but mostly, if the surface is very rough, you need to sand.
