The issue there is that you have to add a very sugary substance to the product to make it tolerable. Despite the taste, the ingredients are quality and the protein/fat ratio is really good (thus the 3 stars) so there’s no doubt it’s a strong supplement, but if you dread drinking it, that can only take you so far.
