DuPont White Lithium Grease with Teflon Fluoropolymer is a clean white grease ideal for long-term lubrication under extreme outdoor or heavy duty applications. Will not melt, freeze, wash off, or break down under high speeds, extreme heat or heavy loads. Contains extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. Formulated with Teflon for longer lubricant life, enhanced wear protection, better high and low temperature range and increased resistance to water. Use on open lube points and high load applications including gears and shafts, heavy duty chains, cables, machinery, conveyors, lifting mechanisms, overhead garage doors, axles, bearings, pivots, linkages, cables, fan motors, slides, couplings, automotive hinges, brake parts, latches, springs, coils, pulleys, bolt threads, plumbing fixtures, etc. Performs in temperatures from 0°F (-17°C) to 400°F (204°C).

**Q: This may be a dumb question but does this come with the tiny spray hose to get into small spaces**
A: It’s a very tight fit but holds well once you get it in. I used a pair of needle nose pliers so I can grip the small hose firmly near the base to push it into the slot (so the hose won’t twist and bend when I applied force)

**Q: Is this what you would use on car lift gates?**
A: Don't know about car lift gates, but used it on my garage doors and was not happy

**Q: Can this be used on rubber O-Rings and silicone items? Is this petroleum based?**
A: All of our products contain petroleum distillates. You will have to check compatibility of your rubber and plastic with our specific petroleum distillate (See SDS).

**Q: Can it be used on fishing reel gears?**
A: No- the spray is not liquid but literally a foam like shaving cream - not kidding

This product mostly worked ok the first time. It does splatter quite a bit, so by the time I was done greasing my garage door track me and everything in the vicinity was coated in a very light mist of solvent and grease, which sucked... After the garage door went up and down a few times it needed to be sprayed again (which was expected), and despite running solvent through the straw (similar petro-distilate) the grease just refused to come out of the can. It felt like the can had lost most of it's pressure, even though there still felt like there was a decent amount of grease left. So the second application ended up with me even more coated in grease than the first time, which defeats the point of using the "convenient spray" in the first place. I might as well have gotten a grease gun and a tube of lithium grease and gone about it the old fashioned way. Even applying it with a paint brush would probably have been less messy...
