I am currently ordering replacement pumps. Seems no one received a reply back regarding broken pumps **Q: How do you get the pump open? I have pushed down and turned to counterclockwise but nothing? This is for both the shampoo and conditioner...ugh** A: take the pump out of the bottle, rinse off the product on the part that was in the bottle and dry. Hold the pump below the collar that screws onto the bottle and turn the spigot counterclockwise.
