**Q: is this made out of a webbing material ie seat belt material**
A: Yes, it is a web type material band similar to a seat belt.

**Q: How much the thickness**
A: As thick as a dog leash. I'm guessing about 3/16 of an inch thick

A: The poster is laminated.

**Q: I have been having problems with my gluteus minimus muscle which seems to mimic sciatica.  Does anyone know if this will help?**
A: Was at PT today with similar symptoms...thought sciatica, but PT guru says bursitis and that this strap (she had one of this brand and showed me how to use it) would help...ordered one just now.
