My kids are not a fan of the taste (they almost refused to take it but I convinced them to give it a try for a month to see if it worked), but after seeing the change in focus across all aspects of my daughter's life (school work, sports, home life), I knew we had to continue with the supplement. My daughter even notices the difference. We tried stopping for a few weeks to see if it was really the supplement making a difference, and it was hard to watch the train wreck of inattention and dysfunction return to my daughter, and she even felt like she just couldn't focus to get her work done. We have even noticed improvements in my son as well, although not as drastic as with my daughter. My kids understand how the supplement is helping them focus and therefore deal with the less than optimal taste. If your kids can't deal with a supplement that doesn't have the best flavor, then this is not for you.
