I DID have some leaks which was a huge disappointment BUT that was before I got a bigger size (when I bought this, I had never had any kids and was in my mid 20s so I thought the smaller one would suit me). I swallowed my pride and got a bigger one, it's still easy to place, and it has never leaked for me. Lasts me the full 12 hours without any mess and feels like I'm wearing nothing at all. Yes, you may get some blood on your fingers with insertion and removal, but not in your underwear and that is a miniscule price to pay for the countless benefits of a menstrual cup. Overall, I highly recommend this menstrual cup and if you DO have leaks or if you hear of anyone that has had issues with these leaking, it likely isn't the product but the person.
