I got Pfaltzgraff 25 years ago and it has been wonderful. I got a regular pattern and later, Winterberry for Christmas time. Recently, I ordered more Winterberry as our family is growing (children growing up and marrying). What an unbelievable disappointment! As I unpacked it, it felt so cheesy. It feels rough and uneven and just yucky. The old (made in USA) ones feel smooth and shiny and look lovely. I am returning this. I guess I'm done with Pfaltzgraff. I'm so sad.
