Review: Strong enough to pop open cabinet door with self-closing hinge. - Easy installation. Spring is strong enough to push the cabinet door open that has self closing hinges. Although this is a larger push-to-open mechanism, we tried installing a smaller size, different brand, and it didn’t have a strong enough spring to push the door open because of the power of our self-closing hinges. We are extremely pleased with these push-to-open mechanisms. Also, you have the option to drill a hole and insert to install or mount it on the inside of the cabinet wall.

**Q: Will these work with drawers that already have soft close slides?**
A: I’m not sure.  You kind of have to push it until the little button clicks, if not it will push the drawer back open. I guess if you wait til the drawer is completely closed and push it in it might.  If you are wanting it to work with the drawer itself closing, I would say no.

**Q: Will these work on drawers that hold clothes?**
A: I can not tell you for sure but they have a very strong spring and push out 1 1/4 inches.  I was going to use a pair of them for my application but decided that one would work for me.

**Q: Funcionan con bisagras de cierre suave?**
A: Yes, you can use these push latches with soft closing cabinet doors, but you would have to manually push the door shut to activate the push latch and try it to see if the hinge would push hard enough to engage the latch.

**Q: Size: What are the dimensions of the product when closed?**
A: 90mm/ 3.54in

Easy installation. Spring is strong enough to push the cabinet door open that has self closing hinges. Although this is a larger push-to-open mechanism, we tried installing a smaller size, different brand, and it didn’t have a strong enough spring to push the door open because of the power of our self-closing hinges.
