Would I have to still get a new key cut or can I transfer the key and components into this one?** A: You can move your old key and electronics to new one. There are videos on utube to show you how. **Q: How do you install the battery negative port?** A: If you use the correct battery replacement (CR2032) with the "+" side up, the "-" will automatically make contact unless it's damaged or missing **Q: Can i have a key with gmc logo?** A: Haven't seen one for Buick or GMC. The Chevy Logo works just fine for the Buick. I use it when going back and forth to work. Don't mind banging it up. The OEM key fobs stay in pristine condition( Have 2 OEM) bought an extra OEM when my original OEM case failed. Used the internals(from the original OEM) for the Chevy key fob I bought on Amazon. Quality is good, but not as good as OEM. Would buy again. **Q: How do you install the battery negative port?** A: My issue was that the button that flips the key in and out broke and, what I did was take the inside of my key fob part out of the old case and placed it inside the new case.
