Mine arrived with all metal tabs bent over. I was installing the knob ( which does not hold the shaft very well ) when I accidentally overturned it beyond where one of the bent over metal tabs would normally stop rotation and the small metal block popped out of its enclosure. I got it back in but again the general construction of this rheo is dodgy at best.
