They fall apart at any speed. If you have not purchased, I would pass. **Q: where is extension ?** A: I'm now aware of extensions for these types of wire brushes. The brushes I purchased mostly went in the trash. These brushes throw off most of the brush pieces before they wear down. I still can't walk in my garage without shoes. Without safety glasses these would be deadly for your vision. **Q: Will this work on a air die grinder?** A: I’m not sure of the Grindr the type that you’re referring to as long as the truck fits the wheel it’ll work. However I do not recommend this at all I’ve bought a set and watching it just to clean rust off tools and the wire brushes disintegrated after it about 1 to 2 minutes. I return back to a brand name for the brushes they seem to work good **Q: Do you offer just a rotary tool wire and/or brass disc set? I would like to see just the discs since I use them all the time.** A: My pack was wire only, was cheap. Wear safety glass's the ycast off the small wires of the brush.
