**Q: do the bulb covers come off?**
A: No, they are what's used to spin the base to shorten the wire lengths between the bulbs.

**Q: Can you remove it?**
A: That is not true . I ordered 2 sets because one of the wires came out and only 1 bulb worked and this time 2 of the came undone takeout them carefully out . This is ridiculous. Not to mention it won’t go back on correctly . And with no help from the company

**Q: Do the lights Overheat?( Seller please answer)**
A: Not that we noticed, but they died in about 5 months (they have a 1 year warranty). We tried contacting the company in an email and on the page on Amazon and they never answered. Amazon accepted the return from us.

**Q: How do I get in touch with the seller because my product has stopped working for an unknown reason and I have had it for less than a year?**

These vanity lights are amazing! I had them around my mirror and they made such a big difference when doing my makeup or getting ready. The brightness is adjustable, and I loved being able to switch between warm, cool, and natural light — it really helped me get the perfect lighting. They were super easy to stick on, and the USB cable made it very convenient to power them up. Sadly, I had to take them off because my mirror broke, but the lights are still in perfect condition. I’m planning to reuse them on my new mirror once I get one! Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to upgrade their vanity setup.
