A: I think you asked if this was part of a costume. I just bought the Cape on Amazon from Rubies. I bought the rest of my costume from other stores.

**Q: Is it possible to have the cape with yellow lining?**
A: Hello Seph,This is a Deluxe lined satin black and purple cape with embroidered logo.

**Q: Anyone know if this cape can get wet?  We are having a polar plunge (super hero themed) for Special Olympics**
A: I would think it can. It is fairly heavy and I wonder if the Velcro closure would hold if it’s even heavier while wet. I would use a big safety pin so you don’t lose it.
