Olympians will probably ridicule me, but your average gym bro will probably grunt in an approving style! :-) Good solid bar for the bar bell and plenty of room on the ends to add weight. Needs a bit of a wipe down on first use to get rid of metal flakes and what I presume is just manufacturing residue/shipping/very sparse lubricant. The weights are good quality and easy to use.
