How can I get this delivered or a refund?** A: 1st contact the vendor and if no response contact Amazon. **Q: I am getting the printer cartridge error when I try to use this cartridge. I tried to reboot the printer and it is still not working.** A: If you are not getting actual Canon cartridges - example it might say compatible with Canon printers it is probably a refill. My printer would not use them. They are like the cartridges that originally came with the printer, and it recognizes that. You have to use ACTUAL Canon cartridges. I hope this helped. **Q: How fresh are these?** A: I have never had a problem with the HP ink cartridges - they always seem to be fresh.
