Is it better used while bathing/showering, or after?** A: It is best to wash with a clarifying soap and rinse well then soak or sauna/steam the skin for a total of 15-20 mins before using the exfoliating mitt. Rinse off the dead skin then moisturize however you choose. **Q: Can these be washed in the washing machine?** A: I've thrown mine in the wash before, it stretched the material out a bit, but they still work well. I would suggest letting them air dry to prevent stretching the material out. **Q: Says to use after soaking in tub to loosen skin, but I only have a shower! Still ok to use?** A: Definitely - I never take baths, only showers. I do make a point of using it last, so my skin has time to soften in the warm shower. It's one of the few products I have found that actually softens my skin this well. The mitt does shrink the first time you get it wet, but it still fits over your 4 fingers and I've never found it to be a problem. Hope you like it! **Q: Just to clarify, red is the least abrasive, green is medium and yellow is the roughest?
