It does make your hair feel like it has salt water/ more sticky when it’s wet but after it dries and you style your hair it goes away. It does have a smell but it’s not bad or super strong. It smells kind of like a fresh ocean scent that a candle would have. The smell goes away quickly and you can’t notice it after your hair is dry. After I style my hair it holds the shape I styled it in without needing hairspray. It also gives great texture to the layered parts of my hair. 10/10 recommend and will keep buying!
