For ~$12 and getting it the next day, verses the Ford one that looks almost identical that was ~$45 and will take a week, I figured I'd give it a shot. The outer dimensions and shape of the ford piece I had in my hand are similar to the one in the picture in the ad, but the mounting slots that let it slide over the tabs on the sensor are in a different place on 1 side (right side in the pic, top in the sensor).Knowing that these tabs don't hold it on in any way and are just there to guide it on correctly (but the oval shape does that anyway), I just removed the 1 tab that was different on my Ford sensor with a razor knife and slid this piece on. It fit perfect and I was able to read resistance of the sensor, so I then wired it up and was done. I could then say "Goodbye" MIL caused by a rodent chewing wires.This is a good piece and was able to work on a 2017 Ford Super Duty trucks secondary ECT (ECT2) with slight modification of the sensor, you just have to trim the tab on the top of the sensor as mounted in the truck. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ worked great on 1996 rav4 *by I***N on Reviewed in the United States on 13 March 2024* perfect fit on toyota rav4 1st gen.. skeptical at first but glad it fit! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2002 Toyota 4runner 3VZE ECT Sensor Harness *by S***S on Reviewed in the United States on 22 March 2023* Perfect fit for an 02 4runner engine coolant temp sensor.
