One needed a new printhead so I ordered this to see if it was okay to use non-HP genuine. I tried it and kept getting an error message that it wasn’t registering. After that I foolishly tried it in the other unit to see if maybe it was my printer that wasn’t working or if it was this printhead. Not only did I get the same error message in the second unit, now even when I try to use genuine HP printheads it still gives me the message and I have now ruined two separate units trying to use this aftermarket product. Stay far far away not worth it.
