All my screens are over exposed?** A: With using a new emulsion brand you should always calculate a new burn time. When I started using this brand my new burn time was quicker, which would cause over exposure if not adjusted from a previous longer time. **Q: I'd like to know how long would last screen exposure for a 35 watt led light! Thank you** A: It really depends on how close your light is to the screen. First time I had no idea what I was doing and switched to the beginner emulsion which was fine but didn’t last too well with water-based inks and would start to break up while printing. This second time around, I had a better light and setup, exposed for 15 seconds using a 50 w LED UV light at a distance of about 18 inches off the print side. Worked perfectly. Had to drop down from my originally 45 seconds, then to 30 second and found I was over exposing with both.
