**Q: What is the Ingredient list?**
A: Antifungal, Antiseptic,  Antimicrobial, Ketoconazole, all extremely effective ingredients 
I use this on all of my Shih Tzu & it's phenomenal.   I use the Triz shampoo for one of mine with sensitive skin.  However it's imperative to follow the rules. 
Don't put in ears & clean right away.  Let it sit and do it's work.  Put it in,  let them shake their ears and let it work itself into the ears. If you start cleaning too soon you won't get the maximum benefit for your dog. The outside of ears too.  
The products listed are safe and effective.  Ketoconazole people use on their scalps to ease itchy scalp.  I use it for scalp dermatitis.

**Q: Does this help cat ear mites? Personal experience answers only (i read the description).**
A: My dog is usually clear of any signs of infection whether it is mites I can't know, but his ears become very clear of any sign of redness or drainage within approximately 4-5 days.   After getting groomed, especially he is in need of care before it starts.  I am having good success.  Blessings, Sister

**Q: What is the purpose of nonoxynol 9 (common spermicide) in this treatment?**
A: I have no idea but hot spot must be kept dry!!!

**Q: Does this get rid of ear mites?**
A: Yes, My dog had ear mites and this worked but like with any ear mite meds you need to use this everyday til they are completely cleaned out of the ear canal

My Australian Shepard tends to get ear irritations. I have taken her into the vet before and was told it was likely just staying wet from baths or allergies. So I waned to try something OTC this time and I tried this. My dog did not like the flush, but she did not like the one from the vet either. It worked great after the first treatment. I did get some ear wax out. I used it for 2 days (although no symptoms after the first dose) to make sure there was no further problems. No more ‘wet’ sounding ear. No more itchy ear. The fluid is thin and squirts fast. I had a cotton gauze at the ready to help catch the run out and wax. I gave her ear a good rub after using the flush. No strong smells. She was not bothered by it more than the products from the vet. No redness or irritation after using. Worth the money.
