It is not sticky, goes on in about one swipe (big doe foot), lasts for several hours even if drinking from a straw or cup, and very moisturizing. Because the shade is very light and slightly sparkly the color stays on your lips. I was hesitant to get this shade because I am 59 and didn't want to look like I was reliving my 20s! Happily that is not the case. I wear it alone or on top of another lipstick to lighten the shade. I have tremors due to MS but find I can easily apply this lip gloss and as I stated earlier it is comfortable to wear because there is no stickiness and if you do "draw" past your lips it is easy to remove. Oh the price can't be beat.
