The LED light is held together by the smallest cooper strand and snaps if installing the battery wrong, they charge a fortune to replace the light. You'll need to invest in a bow case if using this sight as the smallest touch can ruin he pins, so if you plan on long distant travelling the pins will probably break during your adventure.I do love the way the pins glow, 5 pins yeah good. But it's 2019 technology should be better than this for the price.I hope they start improving the durability of such items in the future, these ultra fragile components are designed to break, usage x cost = very expensive in my opinion it's a throw away item not an investment. ### ⭐ Horrible product and company *by A***R on Reviewed in Canada on 25 August 2020* Horrible sight and even worse customer service and warranty. Mounting arm was warped and contacted truglo customer service. They told me they won't fix it cuz I dont live in the USA. What a joke.
