A: I would do a large. You got to season your waist trainer. I’m 153 pounds waist is 33 I got the Medium. I’m almost fully closed. My waist is now 29. Google waist training seasoning chart. Tells you how many hours a day to use your waist trainer. Make sure you are parallel when you lace up. Also when you wear your trainer you also loss weight, from wearing the trainer.
