I decided to apply the stickers myself, to have it all ready for my grandson to use, after he opened it. Unfortunately, I accidentally placed one sticker upside down, and being that the sticker was made with good quality stickum, I couldn't peel it back off. (So here's where the customer service comes in) I contacted the company and asked if I could get another sticker, which I was glad to pay for. Not only did they send me the sticker right away, they sent me a whole set, and didn't charge me a penny! thank you Toyvelt for taking good care of your customers so well.
