Jackson Deerfield 981CW Porcelain Toggle Wall Plate I've installed them in two houses now. They're simple to install with just a slotted screwdriver. Of minor concern, it's a bit difficult to get the switch out of the package, but after that they're easy to install and look great. One caution: Be careful when tightening the screws - these wall plates are porcelain and can break. I replaced a lot of wall plates, and here and there I tightened a screw just a hair too much and heard a click - which scared me because I thought I'd broken the plate (thankfully I hadn't - but if I'd have continued tightening I surely would have.) So try not to overtighten the screws. Also, I had hoped to install insulating outlet gaskets behind these and I couldn't get them to fit because the wall plates are too thick. I figured I could do without, as the porcelain is pretty thick and does a good job of covering any gaps through which heat might escape. Review: Narrower Than Described - These switch-plates are well-crafted and attractive. Unfortunately, the description lists them at 3" in width and they are closer to 2.75". This made for some close-calls on some of my outlets.
