I hand wash and line dry.. I don't think the washer would do any harm, but I am worried that the dryer will harm the elastic material in them.. I could be wrong but better safe then losing them.. Hope this helps.. **Q: I was told by a MMA fighter that these wraps were children's wraps. Is this true?** A: I'm 6'2" with large hands and the 180" length is perfect for me. Some girls use 108" wraps, i guess some children could use that size too. So this is not a childrens size. **Q: Can they also be used for boxing?** A: Yes they can.
