Die Beschichtung ist nicht aus Teflon oder Aluminium und hat bisher keine Probleme gemacht. Klar, außen am Rand sieht man Gebrauchsspuren, aber das stört mich nicht. Die Pfannen lassen sich wirklich leicht reinigen: Lauwarm, etwas Spülmittel und ein weicher Schwamm – fertig. Ich spüle sie immer per Hand, hält länger und ist nachhaltiger. Ja, der Preis ist happig, aber die Qualität stimmt. Ich wollte Pfannen, die lange halten, und genau das bekomme ich hier.
